Support Those Leaving

It’s not you that was made redundant — it’s your role.

This distinction is vital, and it sits at the heart of our Outplacement Programme. We support individuals like you, through one of life’s most challenging transitions with empathy, clarity, and practical tools to move forward with confidence.

Our goal is to help you explore the job market, support you with guidance on creating a compelling CV, able to enter the job market with clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.

How the Programme works

The company making your role redundant subscribes you to our programme. We provide comprehensive support, training modules, and documentation to help you:

  • Come to terms with recent changes, allowing you to focus on your next career move or opportunity.
  • Gain insights into the current job market and receive training to equip you with the tools to craft compelling CVs.

and the Services Offered

  • Help you navigate the routes to the job market including Job Boards, Agencies, LinkedIn and Social Media.
  • Gain an appreciation for Competency Based Interviews, or Behavioural Interviewing
  • Provide you with an introduction to Psychometric Profiling Tools
  • Navigate the Application process and appreciate how an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) works
  • Understand what Agency Recruiters and In-House Talent Acquisition teams are looking for.

01

Setting Goals

Setting yourself goals during a redundancy situation is crucial for you as the individuals impacted. Focus on achieving key milestones promptly, such as creating a compelling CV, or CV's, practicing and perfecting your interview skills, setting up your diary of activity for the week to ensure focus in your job search.

02

Planning & Strategy

Developing a comprehensive plan and strategy helps to navigate the redundancy process and job market smoothly. This includes identifying resources and tools. A well-thought-out strategy ensures that you are prepared for entering the job market and can move forward with confidence.

03

Implementation

Putting the plan into action is a critical phase. This involves executing the strategies laid out, such as creating a compelling CV, or CV's, creating or updating your LinkedIn profile and other Social Media tools, spending time on your job search to effect a successful conclusion

04

Acceptance & Moving on

Being made redundant, or rather having your role made redundant, is a traumatic experience. Our Outplacement Service includes spending time with you in acceptance of what has happened and helping you to move on. This is a vital stage and might include our consultants providing some emotional support, giving you the tools for coping with change, and fostering a positive outlook.

05

Embracing Change

Embracing change is about looking forward and adapting to new circumstances. This involves encouraging a growth mindset, exploring new career paths, and leveraging new skills. Embracing change helps individuals to see redundancy as an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
